• All prices are quoted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• Prices are subject to VAT as per the laws of Bangladesh (10% for clothing and 7.5% for accessories).
• In the event of a pricing error, Halal Brothers Limited reserves the right to postpone or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price until the system is updated.

• Orders placed via the website will be processed after a confirmation call from our customer care representative.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to system malfunctions, technical errors, or stock unavailability.
• In certain circumstances, advance payment may be required to ensure smooth delivery.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We prioritize your needs and aim for the fastest possible delivery to your doorstep via our delivery partner.

• Inside Cumilla: Delivery within 1–2 business days.
• Outside Cumilla (Nationwide): Delivery within 3–5 business days.
• Processing: Orders confirmed before our daily cutoff are dispatched on the same day.

Note: Delivery may be delayed during high-volume periods such as Eid or special sales.

6. Return and Exchange

• No Monetary Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds for any purchases.
• Exchange Policy: You may exchange an item within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is in its original condition and stock is available.
• Return at Delivery: Customers can return the parcel at the time of delivery by paying only the delivery charge. Once the parcel is accepted, no returns/refunds will be processed.
• Sale Items: Products purchased under any discount or sale offer are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Availability

Our collections are curated and often released in limited quantities to maintain exclusivity. Stock is not guaranteed even if an item is visible on the website. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a solution or cancellation.
