At Halal Brothers, we strive for excellence in every stitch. We understand that sometimes a fit or style might not be exactly what you envisioned. Our goal is to make your exchange process as seamless as possible.

1. Core Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Packaging: All original hangtags, labels, and packaging must be intact and attached.
  • Proof of Purchase: The original money receipt/invoice must be provided.
  • Exclusions: Items purchased on discount or during sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Physical Store Exchange
  • Contact our helpline to receive an authorized invoice number.
  • Visit Halal Brothers physical outlet within 3 days of purchase.
  • Choose any available product of equal or higher value (subject to stock availability).
Online Exchange (Via Courier)
  • Send the product and original receipt to our outlet within 3 days of purchase.
  • Returning Address: Halal Brothers Limited Outlet, Planet Sr Shopping Mall, Kandirpar, Cumilla
  • Our Quality Control (QC) team will inspect the item. Once approved, your exchange will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Refunds & Payments

  • We do not provide cash refunds for any purchases.
  • Orders paid via COD are eligible for exchange.
  • If a product is unavailable or rejected by our QC, a refund will be processed within 7–15 working days.
  • The customer is responsible for all delivery, return, and exchange shipping costs.
