Q: Am I able to change my delivery address after placing an order?
A: To ensure fast processing, we allow only one shipping address per order. Once an order is confirmed, the address cannot be modified.

Q: What is your policy on product exchanges?
A: You may exchange a product within 3 days of receipt, subject to stock availability. Please note that items on offer or festival sale are not eligible for exchange.

A: We offer a "Return at Delivery" policy. You may return the parcel to the delivery agent by paying only the delivery fee. Once the parcel is accepted and the agent leaves, we do not offer further returns or refunds.

A: All online orders are shipped directly to your provided address but we also offer store pickup option.

A: Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving a faulty item. We will verify the issue and send you a fresh replacement within 3-5 days.
